Ramblers keep the main living space on one level, so the kitchen, great room, and owner’s suite sit together with no stairs between them. They need a wider lot. Two-story plans stack bedrooms above the main floor, which fits more finished space onto a smaller footprint. Most of our buyers pick a rambler for single-level living and a 2-story when they want the most bedrooms.
Yes. Structural options and every finish selection are made with our team at the Patterson design center, so two homes built from the same plan rarely end up looking alike.
Most plans are available across our Utah County communities, including Payson View South, Sage Park and Eagle Point in Eagle Mountain, Belmont East and Belmont West in Orem, Mitchell Farms and Beck Hillside Estates in American Fork, Adams Acres and Bullock in Pleasant Grove, South Creek and Vialetto at Traverse Mountain in Lehi, Sierra Estates in Saratoga Springs, Sloane Estates in Highland, and Maple Hills Estates in Mapleton. Each plan page lists the communities that plan is currently offered in.
Our plans run from roughly 3,100 to nearly 6,900 total square feet, with 3 to 9 bedrooms and 2 to 4 car garages. Use the filters above to narrow by square footage, bedrooms, and plan type.
