Patterson strives to offer ongoing outstanding customer service by providing easy access to product warranty and on-line service request forms.  Performing basic maintenance is an important step in preventing some situations from arising with your sunroom and an important aspect in all home maintenance.

Not all situations are covered under the warranty.

Damage caused by pets or others.
Excessive use or abuse.
Improper removal/installation/handling.
All "Acts of God" are not covered.

Should you require service for out of warranty items there is a $75.00 service charge PLUS materials and labor. The service charge will be waived if the item is brought to us for repair.  Our shop location is 6967 Philips Highway, Jacksonville.
