Patterson strives to offer ongoing outstanding customer service by providing easy access to product warranty and on-line service request forms.  Performing basic maintenance is an important step in preventing some situations from arising with your sunroom and an important aspect in all home maintenance.

Not all situations are covered under the warranty.

The Electrical Package provided by Patterson Home Improvements is for general use 15 amp service and is not designed to supply power for items such as heat or air unless an electrical upgrade option for such use is contracted for and installed.  Any modifications made by the homeowner to the Electrical Package provided by Patterson Home Improvements will void the warranty.

Not warranted are GFCI outlets, light switches, ceiling fans, lights (interior or exterior), and any remote controls for the operation of such devices.

All "Acts of God" are not covered.

In case of outlet failure, check your GFCI outlet test/reset button and/or your breaker for a tripped circuit.

Should you require service for out of warranty items there is a $75.00 service charge PLUS materials and labor.
